The Jesus Temple, Vadodara

The Jesus Temple is an idea inspired by God to enable the worship of Jesus with the best that the Indian culture can offer. We are a home based, family church in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

All are welcome to the  Jesus Temple Events.

We are friends with all who believe in practicing the complete teachings of Jesus Christ as recorded in the Bible. We believe what the Bible says – that the church is not a just a place of worship, but a ‘people of worship’. The Bible records that people primarily gathered at homes to worship Jesus. We do accordingly. We also worship with Christians at places of religious worship in the spirit of unity and love.

The Jesus Temple is not a charity, nor a religious organisation. We are part of the Universal Church – the body of the Lord and God Jesus Christ. We emphasise believing and living according to what is written in the Bible. We are facilitated by a young family, who love God Jesus and share His love with others.

In the picture is the Palace of the former King Gaekwad of Vadodara: this ‘interfaith building’ incorporates the pattern of a Hindu temple, Islamic mosque, Sikh gurudwara and a Church building spire.
