Doctrinal Statement

Noted Bible Teacher Dr. Norman Geisler Bible promotes an apologetics organisation, The International Legacy Institute (www.internationallegacy.org). This Institute has done a good job in listing 14 statements that define a true Bible believing group. We list them here and state that we believe in all of them.

Based on the truth that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, the Jesus Temple believes in these major doctrines:
1. Human depravity
2. Mary’s virginity
3. Christ’s purity
4. Christ’s deity
5. Christ’s Humanity
6. God’s Unity
7. God’s Tri-unity
8. God’s Unmerited Mercy
9. Faith’s Necessity
10. Christ’s Atoning Death
11. Christ’s Bodily Resurrection
12. Christ’s Bodily Ascension
13. Christ’s Priestly Session
14. Christ’s Second Coming

The Jesus Temple encourages:
- Practicing and teaching all the commandments of Jesus Christ as recorded in the Bible.
- Baptism into the Body of Christ, Baptism by Immersion in Water, Baptism in the Holy Spirit
- Worshipping in unknown tongues and gathering for the Lord’s Supper
- The King James Bible for doctrinal reference
